Hey Erik-
Was a very busy season leading up to Beijing. I had 23 athletes compete in this years Olympic games. It was really a joy to watch them compete, 13 medals in all.

The interesting thing about my contribution to the games is the fact that the athletes I work with are from all over the world! Eamon Sullivan from Australia did great,2 silver, 1 bronze, along with Kosuke Kitajima of Japan, 2 gold, 1 bronze. My good friend Simon Whitfield of Canada took the silver medal in the triathlon, 8 years after winning gold in Sydney at the triathlon debut! Way to go Simon!! Alex Dale Oen won silver in 100 m breast stroke, first medal for Norway in swimming ever!

All in all it was a great time to watch the games!

I thought there may be a break for me here in Flagstaff, but last week I started working with a running group out of Osaka, Japan…..2012 here we come!!

Nice Olympics for you Geoffrey:

Saw one of your olympic athletes take the silver in track last week. Mo represents England but trains in Flagstaff’s high-altitude facilities.

Watching his stride and fast-twitch release from the blocks tells me you have been doing some great structural work and some good spindle-stimulating on him.
