I attended my first HFC workshop in Mpls recently, and have already found it so helpful in my CST practice (and nursing career as well). Kathy Burns was our instructor, and is a wonderful teacher. I was able to access strengths I knew were down there somewhere and rooted them out of hiding with grounding and filling, and the other exercises.

I was working with a client today who was able to experience an absence of pain t/o the majority of her treatment. She has had no pain-free moments since hurting her back several years ago and has had several back surgeries since, which have only led to further vertebral fractures.

Thank-you for putting your learning experiences into a format so easy to access.

Please add me to your mailing list,
    Nancy Prusi RN

    Hi Nancy,
Thanks for the compliments! I have worked for years to clarify what I teach in that curriculum so that it is easy to access. I am happy to hear you found it that way! AND, welcome to the Healing From the Core family - Kathy Burns is a fabulous teacher, isn’t she? Now that you have completed the HFC: Grounding and Healthy Boundaries course, I would welcome you at any of the next level of advanced trainings that you feel drawn to experience.
Keep practicing what you learned and enjoy!
    Warmest regards,
    Suzanne

    Hi Suzanne,
Please add me to your mailing list. I have never had the opportunity to take a class with you but I’ll add that to my goals. I’ve taken CST 1 and 2 with Eric and it was awesome and a little overwhelming. I really enjoyed your story of your clients’ healing from MS. How inspirational! Thanks for sharing.

    Suzanne Scurlock-Durana reply on December 30, 2007:

    Hi Kathy,
Look forward to seeing you in a HFC course soon! In the meantime, pick up the Healing From the Core: A Journey Home to Ourselves audio series and start working with the explorations there. They are required listening for the courses, so you will be ahead of the game and there is a lot to learn just from that avenue alone!
And thanks - I trust you have gone to the top of the page and done the SUBSCRIBER OPT IN thing already and if you would like to be on our Snail Mail list as well, please go to www.HealingFromTheCore.com and put your information into our CONTACT US link to be added.
    Warmest regards,
    Suzanne

    Hi Suzanne
I just found your website - it’s beautiful! And I love your blog page. Nice layout and easy to read. And your insights are worth a million! I hope lots of people find your gifts to us here. I’ve missed not being able to TA with you recently, so this site will keep me up to date with your news.

I spent this past summer getting my website up - no easy feat when therapy work takes up all my time, so I can appreciate yours even more. Like you, I wanted my blog page to share my thoughts with others but I haven’t had time to write, and I don’t know where you find time in your crazy-busy life.
So, well done! And thank you.

If you have time, take a look at my site. And if you know anyone who wants info on aromatherapy oils, you can send them my way…
Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that 2008 brings blessings and love and health.
    Lots of love-
    Sue
