San Juan, Puerto Rico – Here We Are!

It is delightful to be here in the moist, warm air  - rich with the smell of the ocean. Carlos and I arrived today and immediately got a tour of the old San Juan as well as lots of water and beaches and beautiful old buildings painted in various tropical colors. It is wonderful and I am looking forward to teaching a group of CranioSacral students the SomatoEmotional Release (SER I) workshop starting today.
This island is mountainous and lush. It is full of sing song Spanish and friendly people. May the next four days unfold a wealth of experiences. I will keep you all posted.
Thanks for giving the island the opportunity to open its arms to you in a lovely hug. For us this is our place….our best present to you and to your beloved.
