The Magic of the Body’s Wisdom

Day 3 of Brain I is drawing to a close and it has been a magical time. The wonderful thing about this course is how much we are learning about the brain, it’s physical structures and how they relate to other bodily functions. For example we finished the day with a technique that reconnects two parts of the brain responsible for good, restful sleep. It was so simple and quick, and yet when I balanced this part of my brain I felt a profound relaxation – and I am a good sleeper to begin with! It was marvelous.

I am in awe of the wisdom of the human system and our capacity to listen to it, and re-balance it when it is out of synch. I am excited about Day 4 of this great workshop.

    Hi Stuart,
It is a technique which energetically synchronizes the pineal gland with the Suprachiasmatic Nuclei in the Hypothalamus – both of which contribute to balanced circadian rhythms via the production of melatonin.
    Great to hear from you!
    Hugs,
    Suzanne
