		<description>Hi Hans Albert,
Good to hear from you. It is important that we mentor those with less experience, so bravo for that. And when we are connected to all our resources, grounded and full, to give and receive do become one and the same.
Warmest regards,
Suzanne</description>

		<description>Aloha Suzanne,
It never ceases to amaze me as to how you are so intune with your body. In all the classes I have taken from you, and have worked with you, I still forget to check in with myself and how I am feeling and what I need to do to help my own body. It is not uncommon for me to keep helping others no matter how my body feels and where my energy level is. Thank you for reminding me to be more aware of my own health and needs.

		<description>Hey Suzanne.
This is a great story. I shared it with a group of caregivers yesterday to illustrate my point about
learning to not give, give, give until depleted. They got it!
Thanks for sharing from such a fully human place.

<description>Self assessment of your capacity to help is important. Dealing with my own muscular-skeletal issues has given me insight t assess others but to much reliance on working on myself is not fully productive. I am now mentoring a therapist licenced about a year and a student doing externship from a local school. When we do not have a client we exchange. Learning when it is better to give or receive has been an important lesson I have been learning. When Jesus said "There is more happiness in giving than receiving." He did not say there was no happiness or benefit in receiving.
