Here are some comments from other therapists about the importance of Myofascial Release and Women’s Health.

“…physical force can play a role in the growth — and reversion — of cancer cells” Great article, and timely, as I’ve already had the opportunity to direct several people to it. It’s a great support of the concept that healthy ground substance (cellular environment) supports healthy cells.

It is so exciting that this information is now more available to so many people!
And, I add my recommendation for the Women’s Health seminar. It has much to offer. Check it out.

One of the most important self-treatment techniques a woman can do for her wellness is treating her own breasts.
As we become more and more familiar with our tissues, we are then able to feel changes deep into our system. I share breast pull techniques with all my female clients, especially those who have had any kind of breast surgery, including reductions and enhancements. Great article.

Having an MFR practice for over 10 years with many of John’s seminars under my belt, I work with a lot of women who have fibrocystic breasts. Using MFR techniques in this situation has brought about tears, joy and disbelief at the difference before and after treatment. I have also worked with women whose implants have hardened over the years, and have great success with softening the tissue surrounding the implants. In addition, these women also report less back pain and better ability to breathe fully. Thanks to John and his team for guiding and teaching me this ability to help my clients heal.

Fibrotic tissue/scar tissue, after my breast reduction I noticed it more. By self-treatment, using JFB-MFR technique, it has reduce those pesky little tender spot.

One of the best parts of JFB MFR is how much self care you can learn, and thus treat yourself and help yourself daily! Including breast work and other women’s, and men’s, health issues. There is sooo much you can do to help yourself with this work, along with
the help of highly trained therapists.
The Women’s Health Seminar was one of the most helpful personally for me in just those 4 days, and to be able to share this work with my clients and others is such a huge gift. I also highly recommend reading the article John mentions.
Thanks, John! Eileen Huber, Indianapolis

I have had several clients with breast restrictions due to either enhancements or masectomies. In all cases MFR has helped them tremendously and the self treatment options have really helped reconnect them to their WHOLE body. I plan on going to the women’s health seminar this year in Sedona to continue this amazing training & treatment.
Thank you John,
Sharon

This work saved my life. I had constant back pain before I had this work done. Since then, and ongoing my back pain is minimal for person of my age and activity level. This is such powerful and important work.
Thank you John for this groundbreaking work.

I highly recommend the Women’s Health Seminar. There are very good external and internal techniques taught in the course that every body (read body – as in everyone has one) would benefit from. Every course I have taken from John or one of his instructors has increased my level of feel and awareness.
I recently spent a week being treated by John and his staff in Paoli and had wonderful changes in my body, mind and spirit.
Thank you John and Staff for all you do!

Every body needs this work. The Women’s Health seminar is so vitally important!
If you have not done so yet, take this class now! Not only will you get some much needed treatment, but you will learn techniques that can truly help both women and men.
As a massage therapist, my license does not allow for pelvic floor work. The techniques I have learned for treating the breasts have been of great benefit to my client and teaching them how to self-treat is empowering!

I highly recommend the Women’s Health Seminar. I took John’s suggestion and got myself to the T4T soon after. It’s a winning combination.
Thanks John

The information John teaches his MFR therapists is invaluable and one of the most valuable pieces of information John teaches is “without awareness, there is no choice”.
We, as a collective society must become more aware of ourselves and our own needs to then be able to treat ourselves daily. This ability to recognize what our body is telling us and having the knowledge to treat our selves is what enables the fascia to remain at length and free from restrictions. I see many women who are unaware of the restrictions lurking within their pelvis. Once they become aware and begin self-treatment daily, the quality of their lives changes and their outlook on the once perceived problems dissipate. Just as the restrictions of the fascia do – thanks John for heightening our level of awareness so we can bring this tour patients.

Hi John.
I agree with all the therapists above who are recommending your Women’s Health Seminar. It is an amazing seminar for both learning invaluable techniques but also for receiving amazing treatment.
I have been treating women with pelvic pain for over 13 years and your Myofascial Release techniques are the most effective and quickest at achieving relief from pelvic pain. My clients are always amazed when we can reproduce and eliminate the pelvic pain they have been experiencing for years, and were often told it was “all in your head”.
Your Myofascial Release techniques are also helpful in opening up the pelvis to allow all the female organs to function at their best, including for conception.
Thank you for this powerful and effective treatment approach.

Receiving internal work during my Skill Enhancement 9 years ago was life changing. Two months before the SES (Skill Enhancement Seminar) I had been at a party with friends. At one point one of my friends cracked a joke, I laughed, and had my first experience with stress incontinence. Luckily the hostess was a good friend who dragged me off and lent me a change of clothes. I was mortified! The two months leading up to the seminar were nerve wracking. I was afraid to cough, sneeze, laugh or jump. As part of SES I got treated and elected to try internal work. Just a few treatments made a huge difference. I no longer had to live in fear of laughing! I knew then I HAD to learn internal work and was thrilled when a while later John announced a “new” course focusing on Women’s Health. It is the single most important investment I have made for myself and for my patients,

John’s Myofascial Release Women’s Health Seminar is a powerful personal growth experience. I discovered after years of suffering migraine headaches that a major contributing factor was fascial restrictions internally on my Cesarean scar tissue. Once that released I did not get another migraine for two years! No other intervention even came close to complete and lasting relief as MFR. I believe strongly in MFR and woman’s health is crucial to the healing process physically, emotionally and spiritually. You can only take your patients as far as you are willing to go. Thank you John for teaching us this valuable therapeutic art.

I highly recommend The Women Health Seminar. Even though I cannot preform internal as an LMT, The external techniques taught by John are extremely helpful and by learning the internal techniques you attained a new prospective to women health that only enhances all treatment. I applaud all the woman that have taking the coarse for their strength of this profound treatment.

John’s Women’s Health Seminar provides a wealth of valuable insight and technique.
It is transformative both professionally and personally. There is so much information that benefits both women and men with many external techniques that we are able to use as massage therapists. Women’s Health as taught by John provides a deep knowledge of the myofascial implications in many common ‘female problems’.

I love this seminar. It is one of my favorites by far… I will be taking it for the third time next month.
This course is so rich in information, techniques, & material, everyone should take it, multiple times. Each time I experience it, I am able to peel away another layer of myself & go deeper into the process; which, in turn, allows me to facilitate a deeper connection with my patients.
I see so many patients (women 35-42) struggling to conceive & witness their recurring frustrations with the cost of failed fertility interventions & the invasiveness of the procedures. If more people (men & women), knew more about the outcomes achieved with internal pelvic floor work, we would encounter a fraction of these complaints in our clinics.

I could not agree more with everyone about the importance of internal work and how imperative the Women’s Health Seminar is. After years of consistent pain with sex, urinary frequency and constipation; it was the internal MFR treatments that saved my pelvic floor! As a result of this work, my symptoms have been resolved. This is not to mention how MFR had me re-connect with this part of my body in a very powerful way. As a result of my personal experience with this work, my PT practice is heavily devoted to Pelvic Floor MFR for both women and men. The results from patients with pelvic pain, headaches/migraines, incontinence, abdominal pain, prolapse, back/ hip/ coccyx pain, fertility problems etc speak for themselves!
