I have no tests to show that changes in my fascia caused this, but since beginning MFR, my lipids dropped from just over 200 to 165, this without much change in lifestyle or alteration of medication.  Getting in touch with our inner peace and joy, which inevitably happens with MFR, may have a part in this.   A study using MFR as a preventive technique for heart attack and stroke would be very useful and interesting, don&#039;t you think?</description>
