Perhaps if the focus were on making it easier to apply online, or allowing schools to transmit documents electronically (and managing to keep track of them), the customers (those 90,000+) would be strongly in support of their services.

Now that they have competition, building upon their strong points could encourage those electing to take the MBLEX upon graduation to seek certification later on in their careers. The last thing we need is more division in our profession, and a board of such magnitude needs to put our profession above its own profit margin.

Thanks for keeping us up to date on these important issues. Why do people even renew that certification anyways? Do they have to for licensing requirements? I thought that was illegal or something.
