As someone who has been aware of the licensure effort in PA since the beginning and a school owner I was dismayed that the NCB would interfere in the process at such a delicate time of the negotiations toward getting the bill passed. I am very happy to say that Pennsylvania, in spite of the NCB efforts, does have a signed licensure bill and that the board has the power to decide which test(s) are going to be used. I am happy to see you take the NCB to task for their behavior here in PA. I lost 10 CEU's This all started with a call I placed 6 weeks after submitting my second recert. "for some reason the e-mail was received blank and I needed to resubmit" My check made it ok and I received a e-mail saying they had my app and would contact me if any thing was missing. It was a good thing I called them. Ms. Kelley got real defensive when I mentioned Florida using the MBLEx I have been in the business 11 years and have heard many other therapists complain about the NCBTMB.
