People are even more stressed and in pain than ever. What I focus on is communicating with clients and finding out what it is really that they are needing. My only form of marketing is my website where I write as much as I can about massage and how it can help various conditions etc and educate potential clients even before they make the phone call to make an appointment. Now we've got two sea-changes to respond to, tougher economic times and the rise of internet use. Laura and Michelle have obviously created successful practices partially by paying attention to where clients come from, and adjusting their marketing strategies accordingly.
