I love Candice Pert's Book molecules of emotions, very interesting blog on releasing emotions with aromatherapy. This is something I struggle to do so I will be giving it a try.

Wow. Good idea. But still the best thing is to drink plenty of waters so that our body could release waste through urination, perspiration and others. Thanks for sharing it with. At least we've learned from your story. Thanks again!!

I also mix my own thieves blend. Do not get flu shots. Put under my nose and neck and wrist pulse points when going out to shop. The capsules I use are elderberry, echinacea, golden seal. Keeps me healthy year round.

Very interesting comment! As essential oils work best when in pure form, the seller of these oils must have adulterated oils and therefore recommends dilution at all times. You can look back at my previous posts to see why it is more important to use a pure oil - any pure oil - then to use the supposed "right" oil for whatever issue you are working on. To quote Dr. Daniel Penoel " I'd rather have a single drop of genuine essential oil than a 55 gallon drum of junk product."

Using essential oil in therapies are really beneficial, there are no harmful effects unless the oils are in pure form.

As a recent graduate and soon-to-be LMT, I have been so intrigued by essential oils. I have read quite a few articles across various websites.

I have to say, your article has clearly and effectively summed up essential oils. I haven't heard or read much of the Raindrop technique but now I'm super excited to learn more about it as my career progesses.

Thank you!

I double checked on the oils and yes, it is RC that is my very favorite for sinus stuff.
Also, in case my link re neti pots didn't make it in the last post, it's http://treatallergy.com

We just did a post on our site re the use of neti pots; I wonder if that might not be another way of approaching your son's sinus issues? But I do love, love, love essential oils too!
For Liu, I use young living essential oils and, for sinus, I find several good but the best (for me) is a blend called "RC" (works better than afrin without the horribly addictive qualities!).

If you're interested in the neti pot idea, you can check out our post at treatallergy.com or just do a search in google or whatever. Best of luck!!
